I am sure this was discussed a few times, and I found some help by searching, but:

My passenger headlight would not go up when the switch was turned on, but it went down when shutting the lights off. The drivers side worked fine.

I pulled a replacement motor from a 1984 Fiero at a local U-pull it yard, with the relay still attached.

It turned out my original motor was cracked, and the Fiero one fit fine, but had the same issue. The problem was the relay. Once I swapped the Fiero relay in, the light went up and down fine, even when using the original motor.

So, if you need some headlight parts, scavenge parts from a Fiero. I am going to pull the relays out of the other 3 Fiero's that are there just in case.
