No power to car

I have an 83 Camaro with a 383 stroker swap and a turbo 400 trans I just installed over the manual that was in it. Car started and everything worked before the trans swap and now I only have headlights and dome lights inside the car. The radio, power windows, the gauges don't work, car won't crank, etc. Any ideas why and how? All useful insight would be appreciated.

Re: No power to car

Most of the time this is caused by a bad fusible link. Probe the wires that mount with the hot wire from the battery on the starter for power past the fusible links.

Re: No power to car

Could also be the fusible links are not all connected at the starter.
