Ac Compressor/Low pressure not getting power
Morning thirdgen! I may have posted this in the wrong place last night so I will post here. Yesterday I was working on the wiring to my coolant fan and found that when I turned the key it would blow the fuse(previous owner had cut the fan wires by the radiator and wired to fuse panel). I found that if I swapped relays under the hood the fuse would not pop so i ordered a new one from autozone. I then reconnected the origan fan wires and when I turn the key to run the fan comes on, but now my Ac compressor will not engage there is no power to compressor or to the pressure switch on the drier. The rest of the Ac controls work, The only thing that seems to be affected is the power to the compressor. I did run the car with the bad relay on the other wiring harness is it possible I shorted something? SHouldnt the ac fuse blow if there was a short? All fuses seem ok. Car is a 86 berlinetta swapped motor to 383 vortec only a few sensors are plugged in.

One side the wire is brown.
The other wire is light green.
Do you have power on either of those wires?
