Help, No interrior or exterrior lights and no power at fuse box

Hi all, New to the Board! I was wondering if anyone can help.

My sons 91 firebird has an electrical glitch. The car runs but the interior and exterior lights don’t! I have searched the forum as a guest and here is where I am at.
All fusible links look good and have voltage. Took fuse box down and only a couple of have power to it for the most part the fuse box is dead. No blown buses. Some dummy lights on dash work. The rear hood latch has no power to it. All grounds (that I found) look good. I’m leaning towards the connections at the firewall. I found no melted wires.
Any suggestions? And how does this wire harness on firewall come apart?
The red and orange wires on the interior side of the firewall harness have no voltage.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Re: Help, No interrior or exterrior lights and no power at fuse box

Update, removed the c100 connector it has power where it is supposed to. Gonna check tomorrow and see if it was bad connection. Its raining now. Its been to a couple of shops getting various work done and the connector looked liked it was pulled on? Don't know if son did and wont cope to it or if maybe someone was looking for more work? Ill post again tomorrow if that's all it was. Fingers crossed. Also noticed that fan is not kicking on while car is running? If the problem is still there im gonna start checking the wires around cigarette lighter. But still no popped fuse's. SMFH. Any help or ideas would sure be appreciated.

Yeap for the most part I have not found and wiring rig ups. Im attaching a photo of the C100 connector from inside. The blue arrow red wire has no voltage. The red arrow shows wires with voltage. I cant seem to find a diagram of the C100 connector that matches up in it?

Well If im reading the right diagram the red wire is pin G5 a red wire. With the harness disconnected this wire is reading .15 volts. Stupid question should the wire read 12V all the time? If it should, then it would be a short, bad ground between harness and starter or bad connection at starter correct?

I know you said they were good, but it sounds a lot like a fusible link to me. Take a voltage tester and poke probe through the insulation or put a needle through it before and after the links and test voltage. Pull on them and wiggle them around. They can be burnt and still hold together or even give partial contact.

Thanks Joe Tag! I made a mess of the wire covering on the good links, but sure as pie you were right! The dog gone thing looks perfect now I know. If you were near id bye you a beverage of your choosing! Don't think that will fix all of the probs but is a darn good start. When I get it replaced Ill up date.

Glad you got it figured out. Having a beverage of my choice right now......my helpfulness to others may decline in the process though

Re: Help, No interrior or exterrior lights and no power at fuse box

My first time dealing with this type of fusible link. I cant believe it, cut it out put power 12v to it got 11v. looked at it closer and the darn thing came right out. it corroded clean apart blue powder and all. SMH! Talked my son into replacing them all as a just in case.

Well everything but the rear hatch worked. Beer thirty and time to see what's wrong with the hatch.

I always double up on grounds ... When I did my rebuild all the grounds were redone soldered and heat shrink with bigger wire and added grounds in several places then run 2awg from bat to alt and bat to starter

Hey think you can tell me which fusible link you found was burned? I have the same issue right now on my 89 and I tested all the links I could find with a needle through the insulation and I had voltage on every one....
