No power to RH headlight

Hi all,

Im putting the front end back together on my car and the headlights both pop up, but im getting no power to actually light the bulb up on the RH side only. the main beam wire is tan with a white stripe and the high beam is light green, so ive tested each wire at points along the harness incase of a break but ive got as far as under the brake master cylinder area and still nothing.

Is there a fuse for each headlight somewhere other than the fuse box itself ? theres a black ring connector poking out of the harness near the headlight motor plug and thats good a good ground connection.

Refuse The Fuse

There are no fuses.

It sounds like there’s break in the harness.

First, jump the ground side of the dark headlight to battery negative to make sure it isn’t a bad ground causing the problem.

If it isn’t you will probably have to remove some electrical tape and examine the wiring until you find the bad connection.

Because the left works but not the right, look at the tie-point behind the left headlights.

You can use a small bulb or voltmeter to probe there.

Happy Racing !
