I have an 89 iroc and I have replaced the plugs,wires and dist., and car starts up and idles fine, but after i drive it down the road and come to a stop it stalls or idles irrattically. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? possible TPS trouble? Is there a way to test the throttle position sensor? Any ideas?

 

Check oil pressure sensor,(by oil filter) or just replace with a ac delco one. Had similar problem with mine turned out to be bad (new) sensor from Napa.
