They are both tilt both have wipers and cruise turns brights and hazard only difference is the 87 has no airbag Iv wired the column by color and terminal into the car everything works and car drives except the wipers and radio won't work fuses are not blown I'm stumped the first wire loom coming out of the column the works turns and such is good because everything on that loom is operational but the other loom idk what wires are for what I just out the right color with the right color is there a change in color combos from 87 to 91 that operates the wipers and engages the radio?
