Issue about my fan wire
Well my fan wire is just a black thick wire that is just a single wire plug into my fuse box. Well it comes on when I turn the key forward to start it. But when I turn the key off, the car is still running but when I unplug that wire from the fuse box and start it back up and it's shuts off normal but where should I put that fan wire at?

I take it you have a fan switch and relay of some kind.
The smaller positive low amp wire coming off of the relay can be inserted into a fuse box slot that is key "on" (ignition)only source using a spade connecter.
But If I understand this properly the wire you are talking about is the main power/positive line to the fan soooo...
There is a main power source just for that, next to the battery called a junction box.
IMO anything that needs power (Like a fan ) should draw it from there.
Be careful, it takes power directly from the positive side of the battery so unhook the battery terminals before touching it.
Your wire should be the size of the black with red stripe one connected to the terminal in this photo.

Yeah I did have a switch for th fan relay and I got rid of it. Then I put it in the fuse box. But I'll look tomorrow about that box junction tomorrow. Its about the same size of wire

Re: Issue about my fan wire
Read this, mainly post six and seven .= https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/cool...fan-relay.html
I looked at my relay and it has a large black wire with red stripe and a large solid red wire.
If you unhook the relay connector and then probe the large black and red striped wire with the red lead of a multi tester set to DCV and touch the black lead of the tester to ground you should get 12 volts.
If not probe the red wire the same way. One of them should give you 12v.
The same would be true of the smaller wires. But with the key in the on position do the same thing probing one small wire at a time. You should get 12v. on one of them. The small wire that gives you 12v is directly connected to the ignition circuit and the other is connected to ground.

that's because Haynes and Chilton only give you a general over view of your car. or in other words they give you more questions than answers. do yourself a favor and buy a factory service manual. you will be rewarded with the ability to answer your own questions and fix your car properly.

That factory service manual is a great suggestion and you should be able to get one on e bay at a decent price.
This is a borrowed diagram.
This is for a non ECM controlled single fan to show how the stock fan circuit should be wired.
