1) Depends on wire color, dk blu Knock. Dk Grn, thermal switch for fan relay
2) Tan/wht can be a number of things, you need to find a pin location. If its 18ga, then its either brake warning switch or fan relay fuse. 12ga, fuel pump. For your 89, Id wager its the brake warning
3) Left washer tank motor Right back-up lights switch connector
4) Wiper motor lower connector
5) CTS

thanks again pocket, now i have another question, I have dual fans in my car, and I need to run new relays for them, can you tell me what wiring I dont need from the factory harness?

If this is for a LSx swap in your info, then basically all the old wiring goes away. Practically every connector posted on this page is trash
