want to remove all wiring
so i have a ls1/t56 swap and im going to run a stand alone harness, the only thing i want to stay in my 3rd gen swap is lights wiring for the wipers, starter switch. all my gauges i am going to run aftermarket that read of the computer, using everything from a donor 1999. is their a easy write up or somebody that

Re: want to remove all wiring
Read the LS1 swap sticky and roll down to post #4
First thread cuts down the stock harness, second and third rebuild and mate the 3rd gen to LSx, 4th general info
If you want to skip all that PM me, I build brand new plug and play harnesses for 3rd gen swaps
FWIW, TBI started in 88, 87 was carb or TPI. From an electrical standpoint, both are very different. The carb car will not have enough fuses in the block, the TPI will. This means a carb car will require a stand alone system where the TPI will not
Using all new gauges will skip the mechanical speedo issue older camaros have
