I just got a smoking deal on an 86 L98 TPI 112k miles 700R4 transmission and LS1 aluminium driveshaft for 350$ out of a corvette. The car was in a wreck (ran over a stone wall seats went through the roof) and met somebody selling the parts at a swap meet.

The car was junked and all the wires and lines were cut off with a zaw zawl. The only think I need is a new harness and computer. But I do not know what one to get. Should I get the original corvette harness or will an 87-92 3rd gen work the same? Its going in my 90 firebird hopefully next winter and I am pulling out my 3.1 V6 for storage incase I want to make it original again.

I need to know what to get any help would be awesome thanks!
