Turn signal issue/ Headlight motor issue
Hey Guys, I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I recently purchased a 1986 trans am. The car is in good shape and most of the electrical works fine except for the turn signals and headlight motor. This is what i am experiencing
>Whenever toggle the switch either left or right all for blinkers go on as if the hazards are on.
>No arrows are displayed on the dash when turning left or right
>cannot here the turn signal clicking when turning left or right
I checked the turn signal fuse and it appears to be fine. All the bulbs are functioning fine as well.
The other issue i am experiencing is My passenger headlight motor will not go up, but it will go down. The driver side operates normally.
Thanks for the help.

Re: Turn signal issue/ Headlight motor issue
Your headlight can probably be rebuilt. A gear is most likely stripped. Top Down Solutions has the cure for the headlight motors. Visit their website for more info. The turn signal issue I'm not sure on. Check the flasher under the dash next to the fuse box. Could also be your multi-function switch not working correctly.
