Axle/Gears: Drum Brakes, Not Sure Gears
Not Charging
Ok so i have a 91 TPI 350 and its not charging... The connector on the alternator has 12 volts on the red wire and 12 volts on the brown wire with the key on and then a wire from the out terminal to the battery but there is a black wire on my connector that is going to nothing... New battery, alternator is testing fine all 3 times, fuse for fan is good, and i cant figure this out any one have some advice?

well auto zone and oreilley. I checked the voltage out of the alternator with a dvom and its 12.1 and drops slowly as it runs.
