blinker indicator and high beam indicator

neither work, replaced all the bulbs behind the spedo face, recently fixed the harness that connects from steering column to wire harness that leads out. so what should i check next for the blinker indicator and high beam indicator?. High beams work by the way. by the way my battery gauge or voltage gauge seems to move around a little but seems to hangout at 13 consistently, guess its just old?

OK because the Hi-Beams work we know the switch works.
The
light green wire travels from the output of the Hi-Beam switch to a connector in back of the dash.

Use a voltmeter or small bulb to see if there is power at the connector.

If yes, the problem is a bad “printed circuit” inside the dash.

Use the voltmeter or small bulb to see where the voltage stops.

When you solve the Hi-Beam indicator problem you can apply the same principles to the turn signals indicator problem.

Happy Racing !
