Turn signals don't function?

It's been like this since I've bought the car and the cars now being converted from a strip car to a street strip. One of the last issues I need to conquer is my malfunc turn signals. Good bulbs and fuses aren't popped. Any reccomendations on where to start? Hoping someone has went through this in the past and may have some insight.

Also a side note, I don't have indicators on my cluster. My dash cluster is a full aftermarket custom guage cluster from trans temp to the speedo. I doubt that has anything to do with the issue as I haven't tampered with any turn signal wires.

Check if there is 12v to the fuses, "stop haz" (20a), and "turn-b/u" (20a). Make sure the turn flasher is physically still there.
