Wiring Gurus I have a question
I am in the process of removing all the ecm wiring(one of the many previous owners hacked off passenger side ecm harness during carb swap I guess). I am doing this because I am getting bad voltage and also I plan to keep this car a while so I would like to get it simplified/wired to where I know everything is. My questions are: can I completely bypass the neutral switch? Also, can I just wire the purple wire to starter and rid the ignition switch connecter of the yellow wire with no ill effects?
Thanks for any help,
-Thomas

Re: Wiring Gurus I have a question
In simple terms, yes. Due to safety and legal reasons it would be highly advisable not to. None of this will solve your voltage issue. Why are you saying there is a voltage issue?
The options that you have listed (in signature) were not factory options. What options did your it come with from the factory? What has been swapped?
