A/C: Installing Air Conditioning

I wasn't sure where to post this but I need help Installing an A/C in my car.
My 1988 Camaro z28 was Handed down to me from my older Brother a few years ago and when he owned the car he was living in Nebraska and I guess he decided that he no longer needed/wanted the A/C unit so he tore it all completely out (Everything).
I now live in Florida where summers get dreadfully hot and decided I would like to reinstall A/C back into my car.
My question is: What ALL do I need to purchase to get A/C again? I have no brackets, condensers, not even a heater box...ect...
I would like a Complete list of everything that I need to purchase because I plan on buying everything I need online through a site such as eBay...
Is it possible to have an aftermarket A/C installed if I take it to a shop?

Re: A/C: Installing Air Conditioning

Can you take a picture of your engine bay? Do you have the AC delete pully on it? Or is there nothing in that spot?

Things you will need:
AC Condensor
AC Hard lines
AC Compressor and clutch
Dryer (the box thing on the firewall)
Accumulator

The last thing will be to find the wiring in your car that goes to the AC and make sure it's still good.

Your best bet would be to find a junk yard and harvest the parts from what you find there. Most people don't take anything from the AC.

If you take it too a shop, they'll charge ou $1000+ to get it all running if you just bring them parts.

I would advise you to pull all the parts yourself from the junkyard so you will have a good idea of where everything goes and how it all goes together.
