Chasis Ground
I believe I have a bad ground that's wreaking havoc on my electrical system. My battery to block ground is solid and clean. I've been reading that there should also be a ground to the chasis however I haven't found one so my question is where to put it. Should I piggyback it off of the block ground and then run it to the chasis? Please help. I've found tons of posts on grounds but I seem to be behind the curve because the posts are all referring to a chasis ground but no explanation of how to run one.

Re: Chasis Ground
You should have a Braded ground wire on the Right Side of the engine grounded to the Firewall.

Thank you very much for your response. I found the cable it's there and clean. Was hoping that would be a fix. I did however find a ring terminal with two drk blue maybe blk wires coming out that is just hanging. I'll see if I can get this pic upload to work.

Re: Chasis Ground
Location of the ring terminal comes out of a thick harness right behind the distributor cap. http://imgur.com/0DDtlN8 sorry I know this is off topic now just at a complete loss.

Re: Chasis Ground
Should also have a ground wire leading from the battery cable connection to the body, The factory wire should lead away from the battery terminal connection and gets screwed to the body/frame near the battery.
