In dash tach not reading/Autometer tach not reading correctly/indash shift lightworks

Did a search but all I'm running into is how to fix the tach if it's pegged or not reading properly (off on rpms)

My fiance and I recently bought (April 24th) Vern Walls 91 Formula since it's the car that brought us together back in 2007. The day we picked it up the tach in the dash was reading. I haven't driven it much since because the rear axle seals are leaking. So it's only been driven around the neighborhood. (Been waiting on this rain to stop to change the seals and bearings on the axles)

Recently the in dash tach has stopped working period. It's all the way down on the bottom left. The needle doesn't move at all. You can be sitting still and romp on the gas and the in dash shift light will blip on but nothing happens to the in dash tach.

This car also has a gauge cluster in the A pillar with an Autometer shift light/tach combo. That looks like these but is black trim ring and face along with the light being normal white.

The Autometer gauge doesn't register properly because there is no way it's bouncing around 3000-3800ish at idle. You also romp on the gas and it really doesn't change much. I'm not sure if the two gauges are tied together or what. I attached a pic of the A pillar gauges. The top fuel pressure gauge doesn't work properly either. It doesn't register actual at the rail like it should. The middle gauge is the tach/shift light and the key is just on the car isn't running. So why on earth it's in its happy 3000-3800 range I don't know. The bottom gauge is for the left bank Wideband 02 AF mixture which with the car running is usually between 4.0-5.0 I would eventually like to get the dual setup for the AF that has left and right in the same gauge so I can get rid of the square display that is above the radio for the right bank.

I'm still awaiting an answer back from Vern on if he remembers how he hooked the a pillar gauge up.

So I don't know where to go from here... It's got a T-56 so I really don't need the tach I can shift off engine tone but it would be nice for them to properly be functioning.
