Hello,

I have a wiper problem on my 86 trans am.

If I put my wipers in delay or low, nothing works.
Then I put my wipers in high speed and it works.
Then if I put my wipers in low speed or delay it works.

I have to go to high speed first to use my wipers then I can use low or delay mode.

I changed my delay cover with 2 other ones, it doesn't come from it, I changed 2 times the wiper motor too... I changer the wiper switch too....

I think there is an electrical problem but where....

this is from the 86 Firebird Service Manual,hope it helps.it doesn't say what's wrong with your system,but I think it's in your switch.
