what is this connector? (pic)

im having problems getting injector pulse. I found this fried out looking plug while going through my harness. Its located near the heater stuff on passenger side.

The grey one looks like the connector for the blower motor.....that's not there.....

Gray is for the resistors and the black is for the blower also and its factory packed with grease.

Thanks guys.
I'm just trying to figure out what I did during my head swap that is causing no injector pulse at start up. Fuel pump only primes once with key on.
