no power at pin connectors for certain gauges
The temp., oil, & fuel gauges have no power at the pin connector for the gauges. (1990 RS Camaro 5.0L, V8, 5 speed, TbI, E eight on VIN). I have read a lot of posts and if I am understanding correctly This could be a wire issue, &/or all three of these sending units/sensors issues, or recently I read that some cars have "instrument voltage regulators". Does anyone know where I might find, if it has one, the "instrument voltage regulator" on this vehicle? (Also, if there is a regulator for these, do you know how to test this? Theoretically I learned how to use a multimeter yesterday watching youtube videos). Also any specs for omhs for sensor testing would be appreciated. (I am still trying to understand wiring diagrams better).
Asking a lot, I know. (I have read up on this site as well as searching internet for any clues. The people posting on this site have helped me to find and fix the high/low beam issues, no tail lights/flashers issue, no horn work issue, the no dash lights issue-thank you!-two were fuse panel broken tabs where fuse goes in, one was high/low selector, one was horn selector cam . Before reading your posts I had no clue
what any of these even were except a fuse panel.

Check your gauges fuse? Go to AustinThirdgen.org for your 90 Camaro instrument panel wiring diagrams. I checked and they don't show a "instrument voltage regulator".

gauges fuse was o.k. Thank you. I did look at AustinThirdgen.org for my diagrams. Great site huh! I did not see an "instrument voltage regulator" either. But the diagrams did have things like, "cell 11 or cell 22" which I don't understand if this is other diagrams I can not find or a continuation, possibly a larger blowup view. ?? The speedo and tach work. Any other direction in addition to checking wiring tween each sending unit, and the sending units for each? (I'm not sure if this is one problem or three).
