Headlights not working

So just the other day i decided to pull the dash cluster out to replace some bulbs to get the dash lights working again. I put everything back together. Later in the night a relative was going to use the car. He told me the headlights are not turning on so im wondering what can i check to diagnose this? I just replaced the headlight switch with a new one a few days ago. I swapped them to attempt diagnosing if it is was the switch, it isnt. Just checked a few fuses. The ones i have seen seemed fine. I am new to the car so i am unaware of where all the fuseboxes are located.

The car is a 91 Camaro RS.

Re: Headlights not working

I also just recently installed a new aftermarket radio. The car was already wired prior to use an amp for all speakers so those I did not have to strip and rewire. I just rewired 4 wires, Blue, Orange, Tan?, and Black which I know is commonly ground.

All of the fuses will be under the dash on the driver's side for your car. If all of those check out then there might be a fusible link issue down by the starter, or a ground issue. However you might have a bad switch or one of the wires cot cut for the switch.

I'm gonna try checking that later in the day before work. If that checks out fine, any other possibilities? As well as is it a possible thing to temporarily wire the low beams to a relay going to a toggle switch without cutting the wiring of them going to the headlight switch?

Thanks!

Well, that isn't right...
Noticed that into the starter instantly.

Any possible information of common grounds locations that I can check?

Re: Headlights not working

Somehow managed to fix the problem. I do not know what exactly fixed it, i just ran through cleaning the ground under the dash along with unplugging and cleaning the prongs of the dimmer switch and reconnecting it. On came the headlights.
