Hello, I'm sorry if this is like really vague. But I have my snap on scanner. And while I had it hooked up in road test mode on my 88 formula.So I could look at all the data. It turned off and resets and goes to the main screen. And now whenever I go to any mode it resets like someone cut the power off. It does this every time now. Does anyone have experience with these scan tools of what it possibly might be. And the connection to the positive battery cable is perfect. There's no reason why this shouldn't work. Any input really helps. Thank you guys.
