Headlights blowing fuse

Hi, I have a 87 GTA 350 TPI and my headlights wont go down.
I read somewhere that is could be the tail light fuse. So I changed it and the light went down. I thought I solved the problem until I used the lights again and the same thing happened. It keeps blowing the fuse. Any one have any experience with this problem? The fuse is 75 amps and the motor on the light seems to run about 3-5 seconds after it comes up. The lights still come up when I manually turn them down.
Prem.

Are you sure nothing is touching? Something must be shorting out for you to be blowing fuses like that. It only happens when you turn the lights on, make sure nothing is touching.
