Help! My Car's Gone Crazy!

If anyone has any info on this sort of thing it would be GREATLY appreciated. Car always starts fine. At any time after being warmed up and in motion, it acts similar to a carbureted car with the choke closed at operating temp. wont run at less than 1/3 throttle, with black smoke that can be smelled inside the car. after cooling down completely, itll start up fine again. AutoXray says code 23 (MAT), 21 (TPS too high), 45(too rich), 43(esc failure), 53(voltage too high). It sets all of these simutaneously. tps is @ .54 volts, but when crazy mode hits, it says 1.2, and throttle angle at 19% when blades are actually shut. temp reads 100f even when its hot(like 180), batt voltage is 25.5 according to autoxray, even when the engine is stopped. vom reads 14 volts when running. i replaced tps and coolant sensor, and am completely stumped. all i can figure is an ecm failure, or intermittent faulty ground or short
Thanks in advance.
