Headlight Pop Up Issue (Possible Relay Problem)

When I turn the headlights on, the drivers light pops up no problem. The passenger one struggles and you then have to lift it up by hand. Sometimes it then begins to fall if I drive on a bumpy road, but then switching the lights on and off a few times makes it pop up properly.

Another third gen owner I spoke to said it was possibly a relay problem, is this accurate? The motor itself works no problem.

See Top Down Solutions,
http://www.top-downsolutions.com/hea...ght-repair-kit Lonsal on here, for the rebuild kit. The little bushings in the motor tuned to dust. Relay is fine

It is very doubtful it is a relay. Relays won't make the lights fall on bumpy roads.

I used Lon's rebuild kit and it worked great.
