Fuses

Do I need the IGN fuse to start my car. I was checking my fuses and it turns out someone had taken them out for whatever reason and I don't know if I need the IGN fuse and if I do where do I get one. This is just a picture I found not mine obviously.

No fuses go in those positions. Those single terminals accept made blade connectors like the blue one that's plugged into the BAT position just to the right of the WIPER fuse.

The IGN denotes that those two terminals have 12-volts only when the ignition is in the ON position.
