There is a fuse for the dash lights, it’s the INST LPS fuse.
It’s in a Fuse Block which is located up and to the left of the brake pedal, behind a small door.
If the fuse looks good, make sure the dash dimmer control is set at the bright position, the headlight switch in the marker lights position, then using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe BOTH sides of the INST LPS fuse.
If there is no power both sides check for power on the orange wire at the headlight switch.
Then check for power on the dark green wire at the headlight switch.
Is there power on both wires?

In that same fuse block you should find a 10 amp fuse for the radio.
Make sure it’s good.

For the headlight doors use a voltmeter or small bulb to see if there is power on the White wire at the headlight module when you turn off the headlights.
