Headlights not working

Ok I did some searching but I can't seem to find it. I think I screwed up. I got rid of my high beam switch since it didn't need it and tossed it. Do I need that connection for my headlights to come on? They flip up but no lights. If the switch was needed to power the lights what color wires would I need to splice together to bypass the switch for power?

Re: Headlights not working

So you started deleting stuff without knowing how it works?

Yeah, you need the hi/lo beam switch. You could splice two of the wires together, or make a jumper wire, but I'm gonna let you find a wiring diagram yourself, because you should have looked it up before just tossing a piece you might need.
