145mph Speedo wont go over 79mph

Original one worked fine (RS cluster)
145mph one wont go over 79mph, just stops until I slow down and it climbs down normally 79 and below

Anyway to test / fix this to ensure it's not the car? IIRC it expects to see 4,000 PPM?

have you tried swapping the circuit boards? does your tach work correctly?

Everything works properly, even the speedo up until 79
Can I swap circuit boards with a 110?
