Question about Cruise Control

Curious to see if the ECM is needed to run cruise control.

I have installed a new Vortec 350 crate motor with a carb. ECM is not used or needed.

My question is, will the cruise control work if I hook it up?

Yes (at least it works on my 85 IROC), but you'll have to reground as I did in the following link:
