Fog lights help

Car: 1989 camaro iroc-z
Engine: 350 tpi
Transmission: 700r4
Fog lights help
When I turn on my dog or headlight the engine want to shut off and it start idling crazy. Any ideas of what can be going on. It's a 89 iroc-z I head the foglight wires are connected to the wiring harness. Any ideas what could be wrong thanks
