Delay wiper question - multifunction switch or column switch?
Delay wiper question - multifunction switch or column switch?
I've replaced the wiper cover twice for different issues, so I don't think it's that. The delay setting behaves similarly with both of them, so now I'm down to the lever or the switch.
The delay setting only works on the fastest delay (like 1-2 seconds between passes) and only sometimes on the slowest setting (which I think is like 20 seconds between passes). There's no in-between, and the longest delay setting only works intermittently.
The multifunction switch looks original, and I have no idea what kind of magic exists inside of them.
I hear the wiper switch itself is buried in the column.
Is there any hope of getting the delay function FULLY functional by replacing the lever? Help..

It sounds like the switch, the part in the column, may need to be replaced.
