Not trying to be a dick but you have to use some punctuation buddy, that was a tough read! I'm not sure I understand the exact issues but using context clues I will tell you the turn signals and reverse lamps are on the same fuse but functionally are not connected in a way that could cause the reverse lamps to come on with a common malfunction. A bad ground can cause all kinds of weird issues so make sure those are correct and good. Cross shorts are a possibility but less likely. As for the fan, its not related, check supply power at the relay on the orange wire. If it is zero you may have a blown fusible link and those are on the starter.

I ran a new round wire to the turn signal ground at the back of the car cuz that's wht I was thinking also it's a ground problem that didnt to a thing so basically the passenger side turn signal is weak and for sum odd reason the reverse lights are coming on with just the passenger side turn signal if I turn on the flashers the reverse lites also flash to as for the fan I do have power at the orange wire I just bought this car and dont no anything about it and also sorry about my grammar

Alright, this sounds like a ground issue. Have you located the ground for the tail light harness? Was it clean and connected to the body metal and not loose or corroded? A good idea is to check for harness damage as well.

On to the fan, the ECM is controlling the fan so it will turn on with coolant temp or AC pressure switch. How hot are you getting before you realize the fan isn't turning on? First, double check the fuses. Then to check the fan power circuit, test it by grounding the grn/wht wire on the relay. It should turn the relay and the fan on. If your AC works you can turn that on or jump the pressure sw to fake a fan request to test that the ECM can actually activate the relay. If all that works, you probably need a new coolant temp sensor.

Re: Electric fan and tail light problem

Sounds like I gotta do sum more digging with both of my issues the ground for the tail lights is good by the way I actually ran a wire directly from the battery to the tail light ground now the cooling fan when I plugged the obd1 in the fan use to turn on I had the car running when it started spraying water out of the over flow that's when I found out the fan easnt work I haven't tried turn the heat or ac on to see if the engine fan turns on I thought this car fan only ran for the engine not the heat and ac I'll look into this tomorrow and get back with u I think I'm gonna go run a #2 ground from the battery to the back of the car and see if that helps any thing I just bought this car and it's been sitting for years I believe it only has 57k on it
