Another headlight question...

I have an 84 Firebird and the headlights work no problem but the doors wont go up. I have replaced the actuator relays and the isolator relay and that got the drivers side door to go down but the pass. wont go up or down and the driver side still wont go up. Now when checking the wiring that go to the relays the blue wire from the iso. doesnt have power to it and neither does the pink wire when it should and the yellow wire going to the iso from the switch doesnt have power to it but i tried replacing the switch and it didnt do anything? so far i replaced all three relays and the switch and nothing please help!!!

Re: Another headlight question...

1. Know how to ohm-check wires with a meter? (also called continunity test, basically testing wires that they are not cut). If not, probably can grab a meter and find info on google/youtube
2. check the fusible links? Do they measure 0 ohms or open. If open, they are blown.
3. Have the wiring diagram? Can be found here: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/elec...-firebird.html and direct image link here: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/atta...t-doors-86.gif
4. Check over the diagram. Check grounds, check power, check wires.
5. The yellow wire should have power when the switch is on. Might have a bad fuse?
6. Motors bad? I've never had them fail on me so I don't know how they act when they fail.

what fuse is to the yellow wire and where is the ground or grounds for the motors. I checked all the fuses and theey all have power to both sides, the links also are good not blown i have power where it should besides the blue with white stripe pink wire and yellow wire. I checked both motors and they move up n down if i jump the wires so i know its not the links.
