Electrical woes.... 4 wire harness ID.

symptoms:

Shorted out PCM near pin 16. Keeps blowing fusable link, and remote fuel pump fuse. Headlight motors run continuously, fuel pump wont stop priming, Will start with fluid, but is not firing injectors.

It appears that I have had a creature of some sort get under my hood and do some damage in a few spots....

Anyone know what the 4 wire harness feeds near the AC accumulator?(passenger side near firewall.) Its red, black, green and blue. Its all chewed up, and Im thinking this may have something to do with it. Also the relay thats over near all of this, is that the AC relay?

Any other thoughts before I start ripping all the wire looms apart looking for my short?

Thanks!!

HVAC wiring harness to the Engine harness connection.

Excellent thanks. I got all that wiring back in place but am still having an short to the chassis Im assuming.

I traced it back to the starter fusable links. There is a link with 2 wires and a link with 1 connecting with the main battery wire. The 1 wire link is fine, but when I hook up the 2 wire link the headlights motors spin and the problem continues.

Looking at the schematic, I see that those 2 wires go to the ignition switch. This must mean I have a short somewhere in that circuit. I assume these pass through the firewall into the cabin. This will make searching for it quite difficult.

Any thoughts before I go and rerun that circuit with new wiring?
