My left turning signal on the dash isn't flashing, all the lights flash from the outside it's just the left arrow light wont flash. You can hear it so I am thinking it might just be a bulb as when I turn the hazard lights on it does the same thing. Is this a easy fix and if it is just a bulb what part of the dash do you remove to change it out. Thanks
