Got 2 black 18 gauge wires that terminate on the fender into a single connector. Appears to be a ground for a few things. Anyone know what this is for? 2 red lines point to ends, and circle points to area where it is mounted to fender.

IIRC if stock, there would be a hole in the "frame horn" piece that the top of the fender bolts to; and it used a sheet-metal screw with a star washer under the ring terminal to cut through the paint.
I would NOT use a fender bolt or a hood hinge bolt regardless.

yes, it is a terminal and mounted with a star washer, similar to what is seen near the battery for ground, but the wires are thinner.

was going off memory where this is screwed, think it was inner fender, need to look to be certain. thanks for the answers guys, now I gotta figure out what part of the cruise control these go into. somehow they broke off.
