Headlight and Blinker issues

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with my passenger side headlight and turn signal light. When I hit the button to flip up the lights, they both come up, but only the driver's side lights up. The passenger turn signal only lights up when I am using it, unlike the other side which stays on when unused and flashes when I'm turning. Also, my passenger headlight only turns on if I smack it real good (Something that could potentially damage something else), and even then the highbeams won't work. I'm thinking the headlamp is simply beginning to burn out, but I can't figure out what is going on with my signal light. Any help would be appreciated.

Light Fright

First check all bulbs to make sure they are the correct type, and installed correctly.

A common mistake is people installing dual filament bulbs 180° rotated.

Some crazy symptoms have been reported doing that.

Classic loose, dirty contacts, connector syndrome.

About the brights problem
use a voltmeter or test light probe the
16 AWG tan wire from the dimmer switch.

When you operate the dimmer switch what does the meter on test light do?

Then probe the
16 AWG light green wire from the dimmer switch.

When you operate the dimmer switch what does the meter on test light do?
