I'm pretty sure it's wired up correctly. I even went through and redid the wires that were questionably hooked up back when I sucked at electrical. Hopefully y'all can see the picture. The fuse is not broken, I already checked. The reverse lights wont kick on in any gear. The gear selector indicator is damn near perfectly aligned, if that's relevant info. The reverse light bulbs are not broken. It is grounded to one of the nuts on the shifter assembly, as shown in the picture. If anybody can help me narrow down why my reverse lights won't activate, I have a fine reward available.
Also, the (B&M) relay didnt click at all through each of the gear selections nor when I turned the key to the on position.

 

I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but I can only see the very top of your picture.

The only thing I can see from your picture is that orange wire with the black stripe looks like it goes to the steering column area where all those wires are cut.
It appears that it is cut also. Hard to tell though.

 

Wiring diagram shows that the ORG/BLK wire referenced above goes from the ECU to the Gear Selector Switch, which sounds about considering the context of this post. Will add more detail if I make any progress...
