Electrical to right of C100 connector?

83 Z28. To the right of the C100 connector I have a look of wires going to a black box of wires. These wires do go into the C100 loom. I'm stripping all the electrical thats not needed from firewall. No a/c, heater, wipers, power steering.

If they go into a little grommet, and there's vacuum lines along with them, it's for the cruise control.

A photo would help.

I can't get pics to upload. No vacuum. I got it off and pulled cover its copper windings inside. 5 wires then leave it and go into main C100 loom.

It's a relay. Brown and white wire says computer command. That's one of the wires. She gone.
