Help identifying a loose wire
Hello!
While investigating my ECM I noticed this wire has fallen out of its clip.
Any help as to which slot she plugs into?
Thanks in advance!

Somehow that doesn't look like it came out of that connector body. Looks like that one, all the pins are round. (or at least, if they're flat, very narrow)
Do you see any blade type cavities in there that it could even possibly go into? If you do, put it there.
Note also, with GM's incredibly complex engineering systems, the same color wires are on both sides of the connector. If you see a white wire on the other side, maybe that's where it goes. (I'm not seeing a white wire down there but maybe I'm just blind)
In fact that wire doesn't even really look factory to me. Kinda reminds me, in a way, of this, from earlier today. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tech...hite-cord.html

Might be the wire leading to the door switch for the courtesy lights.

Re: Help identifying a loose wire
My first thought was to match it to the rest of the connector, but I couldn't see anything either...
One thing I noticed yesterday is my interior lights didn't come on when I opened the passenger door... Could it have something to do with that?

Yup it's the wire that goes to the courtesy lights. I just went and looked at my car and the wire looks identical.
