85 trans am

I recently replaced my stereo and not long after the little orange courtesy lamp over the Hvac module quit. The remainder work as expected.

Ive got the instrument cluster out to replace some failed bulbs, I pulled this bulb as well and it tests good on my power probe. I tried to test power at the bulb connector, but found none present.

Any ideas?

 

It must be pin figment as there is power at the connector.
