My check engine light does not come on at all on my 83 Trans AM, V8 H vin code, with a bone stock electronically controlled carb (not throttle body carb)
I own two OEM GM service manuals (not Chiltons, not Haynes) for this car. I have poured over them to find the check engine light location, and I know it is me, but I can't find it anywhere in these manuals

I have looked for hours on lots of forums, youtube, etc. no luck......

can some one please do me a massive favor and send/post a photo of the check engine light lit up on this car?
bonus would be insight about the location of the check engine light bulb....perhaps the previous owner removed that lamp.

The check engine light is in the middle of the far right gauge set. You will need to take off the dash bezel, and the gauge set to get to the bulbs. Maybe the previous owner did remove it?
