Looks like yerbasic blower motor resistor connector.

Just go to the junkyard and gank one off of just about ANY 70s - 80s - 90s vehicle. They're all basically IDENTICAL as far as I've ever seen.

The colors of that connector are the same as my 90 harness. Either they changed wire coloring or those wires aren't related. Judging by the spot in the harness compared to mine, I'd say they aren't related but that's merely a guess.

Those wires do not connect to each other. The top pic is the blower motor wires and they should go into the wire loom and end up @ your HVAC switch.
The wires in the second photo looks like either the original TPS sensor wires or the wires that would have run to the Air pump. I see your TPS sensor (from a pic in your other thread) looks to be rewired. Could also be for the knock sensor.

my 1985 eldo the climate control runs blower only on defrost and then back to other speeds and it works. controls that run the valve apparently do not control the flow.
