Lights work but nothing else

I was replacing the brake booster trying to get the upper two bolts. It seems that my extension from my ratchet was pushing against the two metal fuses. I heard a pop that seemed to come from the engine bay and when I turned the key nothing happens. The headlights work and so does the lights on my rear view mirror, but everything else feels as if there is no battery. I know there is power going to the post on the alternator but I haven’t been able to reach the starter to check if it’s any of those cables as the header is in the way and the front suspension sags enough that I can’t get a jack under the car(usually drive the car on ramps before jacking it up). I know the car has inline fuses but don’t those usually melt not pop?

There seems to be one wire with some metal showing. I’m guessing that is what popped as it’s still shiny and I’m sure it would have rusted a bit if it had been there for awhile.

Better photo, I’ll have to figure out a way to get under the car. Hopefully this is the problem
