91 Formula | Identifying green headlight wire

Replaced headlights and suddenly had no high beam. Noticed the green wire had previously been rewired and came apart. I've searched tons of posts and diagrams and can't find anything regarding it? Already ordered a new connector to wire in, but wanted to confirm this green wire is the issue.

(Took picture off internet for example, same wiring)

One one is the ground. One is the low beam. One is the High beam. I don't recall exactly, but if you have low beams and your hi beams aren't working, then that green wire is probably your issue.
