Front Driver's side Parking lights won't work.

I have a 1984 Pontiac Firebird. Lots of mods but no issues until recently. We did an engine rebuild and while we were working on it decided to work on the interior and also get rid of some wiring that was no longer connected to anything. I have no experience with wiring and I managed to mistakenly cut the wire connected to the bulk head for the parking lights. Well I have reconnected that and the front passenger parking lights are working but not the front drivers side. The hazards work, the turn signals work, the headlights actuate and work on both sides. I tested the light socket to see if I'm getting power to it when the switch is on and nothing. I've ran the wires and combed the internet for a wiring diagram and I can't figure it out. I struggle to understand the diagrams already and the added stress doesn't help. Can anyone offer some help?

Replace the blinker bulb on that side.
