I have a 87 iroc replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, ignition coil, and icm after going threw the service manual checks I decided to prob d16 And d15 on the ecm connecter with the power on and it appears to have a short in the ground wires but i jusf can’t find the short anywhere this is causing my injectors to not fire can anyone help me with what the short might look like? Really don’t wanna go to carb but i wanna drive it

 

With a vom you don’t have power at d15 or d16 koeo or injector leads ?

 

after using a voltmeter i have Determined i have power At both injector leads and i have power at d15 d16
